Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy Turnaround
All U.S. orders are shipped within 3-5 business days Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?
All the time!! We have a large customer base overseas and ship all over the world. Please note that international orders are subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Carriers
We use USPS, and UPS domestically, and FedEx for large wholesale orders to our international customers.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will notify you when the piece is restocked. Once the item becomes available we will ship your order within 48 hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my purchase?
If something doesn't fit, or you just would like to return it, email our returns department at info@hdlvusa.com, and we will provide you with a return address label (Within US only).

The HDLV Group will provide an exchange or refund for any items returned within 21 days of online purchase, under the following circumstances:

1.The item is not worn 2.The item are unwashed 3.The original tags are attached. 4 The item is free of defects.

There is no charge for exchanges; but returns are shipped at the customers expense and shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us by calling the number below or emailing us at info@hdlvusa.com within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

Sale Items
Any items marked down by more than 25% cannot be returned.

How do I return an item? (Continental US Orders)
To return an item, simply shoot an email to info@hdlvusa.com and mention that you would like to return your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return address label which you can print out and affix to your package. Pack up the items you wish to return with a copy of your invoice, and affix the prepaid label. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired item/size. You can call UPS to pick up your package or drop it off at any UPS Store.

NOTE: There is no charge for exchanges; however, if you received free shipping from a promotion code or coupon,
